    When Customer Support mails me a fixed version of something in the Color
    system, how can I make it be loaded by "Load Patches Color"?

Oh.  When you said patches, I thought you meant Patches, as in m-X Add
Patch and so on.  Now I see what you mean.  What I said will work for
patches that come from ECO tapes, but not for ad hoc distribution of
fixes.
