How do I report a bug?

I think there is a bug in the Distribute Systems command.  Is there an
address at Symbolics to which I should send it?  I don't want to
burden the whole net with my stack trace.

BTW the symptom is that I hang in "Output Hold" after writing my
system to tape the first time.
