If you are running Genera 7.2, you can use

(si:fix-fep-block 1 #o456 #o21 #o21)

which will cause it to test the block that has been giving you
trouble.  If it can't fix it, it will give you the option of moving it
to the bad block file.

If the block is in a world load file I think you will then have to
delete it and put a new copy onto the disk.  A world load that is
missing a block is not much good.
