CLX Toolkits

Are there any toolkits available for CLX that provide you with
widgets that are available from the various C based widget sets.

What does the CLUE environment from TI provide and where can I get
more information on it?

Minimally, I'd like to obtain scroll bars, and a menu package which
provides multiple level menus like those available in KEE and SunView.
