PD Chinese and/or Kanji fonts

I wanna hack some Chinese and/or Japanese software (mostly to help me
study).  I can't justify the purchase of ILA's Japanese software to my
company so...  does anybody know of public domain or free Chinese or
Kanji fonts for the Symbolics?  How about Chinese or Japanese
software?

Also, while I'm on the general topic, how do I print stuff out in
Spanish or French?  That is, how do I get the accent marks to print?
Anybody have dictionary or grammar software for the Symbolics?
