Missing directive in slug program

For those of you who haven't found this yourself, there's a missing
directive in the SLUG program.

Find this line:
Chair:@\J. Ross Stenstrom @i(Boeing High Technology Center)

Insert this line before it:
@end(itemize)

Now it should format properly (after you strip out the header, of
course).
