	By the way, has anyone noticed that the source for TV:Notify is
	no longer available?

    TV:NOTIFY is in SYS:WINDOW;NOTIFICATION, which is available on the
    Supplemental Sources tape, SSUP-GEN8.0.

This is really too bad, since the ability to patch this
function is essential, since it is arguably the single
most brain-dead part of the system's UI.

(SETF #'TV:NOTIFY #'IGNORE) is really only adaquate as
a temporary workaround.
