	TV:NOTIFY is in SYS:WINDOW;NOTIFICATION, which is available on the
	Supplemental Sources tape, SSUP-GEN8.0.

    What he obviously meant is that it is no longer available for free.  In
    Genera 7.2 this file was in the Basic sources.

What barmar obviously meant was not "for free" but for the price of software
updates...
