hint: layered products translations

No doubt you remembered to edit your SYS.TRANSLATIONS file for 8.1, but
did you remember the translations files for layered products?

If you want all your files stored in one place, and don't want to have
to update multiple files in the future, use the following trick:

(fs:set-logical-pathname-host
  "joshua"
  :physical-host "ossabaw"
  :translations
  `(("**;" ,(send #P"sys:joshua;**;" :translated-pathname))))

Other "problem" logical hosts (in addition to JOSHUA) are IMAGES and
GRAPHICS.
