Has anyone tried to use more than one Ethernet card in a MacIvory?  The
objective would be to allow the Ivory processor to grab one of them (as
it is want to do), yet retain one for use by MacTCP-based applications.
Sounds unpromising (like, how's that EtherTalk CDEV gonna work?), but
'twould be a boon.
