New architectures for T 3.1?

   Is there any hope that T will be ported to new machine architectures
   (Sun4, Mips, etc.)?


A Mips version for the Dec workstation should be ready in a few weeks. 
I know of no plans for a Sparc port.  A Motorola 88000 port will be a simple
modification of the Mips version.
