Is there an Allegro macro which will allow compilation warnings to be
deferred, like Symbolics' COMPILER:COMPILER-WARNINGS-CONTEXT-BIND and
Lucid's WITH-DEFERRED-WARNINGS?  These are especially useful, when
compiling several files, for deferring "Function Undefined" warnings to
see if subsequent files have taken care of the definitions.
