To reply to some of your remarks (more specific replies in other
messages):

No one else has responded yet. (Hint hint).

I've changed the status of the DEFSTRUCT issues to be "Need volunteer to
sort out DEFSTRUCT issues post-CLOS." However, I think the CLOS
subcommittee should be encouraged to take these on, or that members of
the CLOS subcommittee should be encouraged to volunteer. 

I mailed David another copy of FORMAT-COMMA-INTERVAL and
GET-SETF-METHOD-ENVIRONMENT and his replies to each.

The & on LOAD-TIME-EVAL should have been a *.
