Cleanup meeting:

 Pierson will re-draft this issue using the "other sense".
 ie, he will propose that DESCRIBE be clarified/changed to be
 not interactive.

X3J13 meeting:

 RPG thinks it's stupid to waste time on issues like this.
 Pitman and others disagreed.
