Cleanup meeting:

 Masinter: Printer scaling points to allowing non-integers.
	   Eg, you might want to say make my output 12% bigger, and there
	   might be no easy way to come up with a good set of units on the
	   fly without considerably complicated understanding of how the
	   device will deal with that request. Should maybe even allow floats
	   (ie, non-negative, non-complex numbers).

 Masinter said he'd return the issue to Waters for rewrite.

X3J13 meeting:

 Interacts with Character Proposal.

 RWK: Want less generic names. eg, maybe STREAM-xxx.
