Status on cleanup items

I've finished what has been a month-long traversal alphabetically over the
open cleanup items. I plan next week to put together a ballot and hardcopy
of all of the ones that are ready for release.  There are approximately 100
issues, a few of which have more than one proposal associated with them;
I'd guess that 20 of them are not ready for voting.
