:FINISH-ON-RELEASE keyword for CLIM:DRAGGING-OUTPUT-RECORD

Specifying T for the :FINISH-ON-RELEASE keyword to
CLIM:DRAGGING-OUTPUT-RECORD doesn't seem to work.  Instead of exiting
the body of CLIM:DRAGGING-OUTPUT-RECORD when the user releases the
mouse button, the mouse won't let go of the output record
(presentation).

Anyone else had similar problems, or am I just doing something wrong?
