presentation-replace-input

Two questions:

1. When I use presentation-replace-input:

(clim:presentation-replace-input stream chosen-object type view)

inside an accept method, CLIM doesn't use the right presentation
method. It seems as though it uses a default method that uses
print-object instead. What is wrong?

2. The command line echoes the argument list when I type <space> after
entering the command name. How can I prevent that behaviour?
