CLIM 2.0 Specification

I have been going through the various Output Record protocol
descriptions trying to figure out when it is advantageous to make a new
output record class and how to go about doing it.  I have found that
things are somewhat inconsistent between the specification and the
implementation that I am running (Genera 8.3, CLIM 2.0 w/ SWM patches).

Is there a more up-to-date (and hopefully more detailed) version of the
specification (mine says May 6, 1992 on the cover)?
