MACL source listings

One of my favorite (of many!) attributes of the old InterLisp-D system on my
old(er) Xerox 1108 was the automatic highliting of function names by displaying
them in bold text.  I often do this manually in MACL to make my listings look
cool, but it is a minor hasle.  I think that this would make a good adition to
the MACL system.
