XCMD interface

Hi There,
We need to interface XCMDs from a HyperCard stack to MCL 2.0. I have found the
utilities in "interfaces;HyperXCmd.lisp", but the _sendhcmessage in that
file does not have a trap number. This is because the trap is not defined in
ROM, I believe. I can open the resouce file that contain the XCMD but I cannot
execute it. Since an XCMD is a resource (not a foreign file) I cannot get
the entry point either.
