printing xxx.ps files

There is a documentation file called lisp-utilities.ps.

Is there a convenient way to get this into MS Word (on the MAC) in
nice looking form?  Is this a PostScript file?  What is the standard
way to print it?

I FTP'd using the ASCII mode, and looked at it with WORD.  There were too
many font and format codes imbedded to make it readable without trouble.
