Help with sound resources in MCL

Hi, 
  I'm looking for an application or snippet
of code that allows the playing of sound 
resources in MCL.  Unfortunately, I only have
access to 1.3.2 at this time, we have not
bought/received our upgrades yet.

Can anyone provide or point me in the right 
direction to find this type of code?
