The unfortunate mailer error has been detected and removed,
so I have restored info-mcl to its normal operation.

For the record, the problem lay in a faulty mailer running
on an IBM ES9000 at Boise State University (Boise, Idaho).
Their system administrator apologizes for the inconvenience.
