I believe the major dialects of lisp (before common lisp) were maclisp and
interlisp (both in use in the early 80's). One example of a lisp from the
maclisp family was franz lisp (I don't know if it's available anymore, but
perhaps Franz Inc. would be a logical place to try). Perhaps there are some
other lisp historians out there with other examples.
