contrib: UI-Lib v0.5

I have just uploaded to ftp.digitool.com:/pub/mcl/contrib a file
called UI-lib-v0.5.sit.hqx. It's a library of MCL code for various
user interface things. It implements things like color icon dialog
items, draggable views, tool palettes, 3d-look interface elements,
simple sound playing, etc... It represents the core of interface code
that I reuse among many MCL apps, and I hope it will be as useful to
others as it has been for me.

The latest version can always be found at
<URL:http://hamp.hampshire.edu/~adaF92/MCL>, and soon after at
digitool. If you try it out and it useful, please let me know!
