Your plan for dealing with new cleanups sounds good to me.  One
additional thing I would like to see happen is that whenever the next
meeting turns out to be, there ought to be a vote to rubberstamp
whatever decisions end up in the "noncontroversial" category to give
them some more official status. 

BTW, I have the copy of the draft that Kathy sent me a couple months
ago on jensen.utah.edu, if anybody wants to FTP it from here.
