tape 3 decorate and the new color monitors.

We have a 3653 with three new color monitors -- as seen at SLUG'88.  For
some reason, the decorate program (SLUG library, tape3) does not work with this
monitor, and the GC thermometer gets drawn in the middle of the screen.
Has anyone written a hack to fix this?
