Don't use that patch!

I'm sorry to say that there are problems with that Mouse-Right menu
patch I sent out last night.  ADVISE-WITHIN (and rename-within
encapsulation in general) has various problems when the within-function
is a non-atomic function spec.  I managed to find and fix one of these
bugs last night, but it wasn't enough.
