Fill Yanked Message in ZMail

Is there a way to get the Zmacs equivalent to this Emacs RMail
    command:

mail-fill-yanked-message C-c C-q Function: Fill the paragraphs of
a message yanked into this one.

This allows me to reply to a message, yanking in the message being
replied to and fill that replied to message so that it fits within
    the current fill column.

If you set the fill prefix to the indentation that was given to the
replied-to message then meta-Q will do this. So, go to a line of the
replied-to message, type meta-M to get to the indentation point, "c-X
period" to set the fill prefix, then mark the replied-to message and
type meta-G to refill it.
